Returns and Exchange
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please
contact Customer Care at 800-866-9189
- Send back the item(s) you wish to return per the instructions provided by our Customer Care Representative
- Include your Order Number and/or a copy of the packing slip
- Include the "Return Authorization" number issued by our Customer Care Representative when you called.
- Please also provide a written reason for your return
- The credit card you used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping . In most cases this credit should appear on your card in the next regular billing cycle.
- Any returns of items that you received as a gift will be issued in the form of an online ShopMichiganHumane.org e-gift card in lieu of a refund.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
- Returns made more that 90 days past the orginal purchase date will be honored in the form of an online ShopMichiganHumane.org e-gift card in lieu of a refund.
Damages/Defective or Sent in Error
- Anything sent out in error by us, or sent damaged or defective, will be refunded or exchanged.You will not be charged for shipping to return the incorrect, damaged, or defective product to or for its replacement to be sent back to you.
